Notes
Ate 2 packs of Apples & cinnamon oatmeal, drank some water. Ran about 2 hrs later.
Planned to do the first 6 @ about a 9 min pace then go a little faster.
Weather was great for running, about 50 deg & misting rain.
Felt good from the beginning. About mile 15, started feeling fatigue and a little effort to hold a steady pace, but not too bad. Last mile was the fastest. Overall felt really good for a long run.
