Wind was pretty tough. Good workout anyway. This was the 2.5 hr bike/ 1 hr run race pace brick. Wanted to go a little faster on the bike, but with the wind, it was pretty tough. Mixed bottle of perpetuem with 6 scoops and drank it throughout the ride. Stopped to refill water bottle once, and didn't stop watch (won't stop in the race). Felt pretty good off the bike. Probably pushed about the right effort....maybe a little harder would be ok.
