Notes
In FL on 30A. Very windy - 6-10 mph winds, and higher temp than I've been riding in TN.
Had 3 scoops perpetuem, water, oatmeal cream pie. Mistake was taking a thermotab about every hour. By about mile 80 I started feeling nauseous, but kept drinking the perpetuem because I felt I needed it. I saw it again 4.8 miles into my run.
Traffic was terrible on 30A, and had too many close calls with people just not giving me room and almost hitting me. Tried to ride some on Multi use path, but people weren't watching where they were going there either. Had to stop several times to keep from running into people, or hitting cars pulled across the trail. I did not enjoy this ride. I sure hope the ironman ride is better than this.
