Spring Fun run on base.
Started out too fast... halfway around first lap looked at pace... 5:52.
Lap 1 - 90 sec
Lap 2 - 97 sec
Lap 3 - 99 sec
Lap 4 - 103 sec (6:30)
Lap 5 - 98 sec
Lap 6 - 108 sec
Lap 7 - 104 sec
Lap 8 - 105 sec (6:55)
Started feeling it pretty bad at lap 6, but tried to keep pace and not throw up.
Didn't throw up, so that's good...
HR hit 179 at about 5:20 and stayed about there for over 8 min. 174 used to be LT for me, so for HR to stay this high without throwing up is a good thing.
