OWS at Mach Tenn Course.
Rode two loops of course, first one fast, second easy, then swam.
Did 60 yd warmup, then swam around the buoys, then back out for a shorter loop. Approximately 1000 yds.
Felt pretty good. Water was slightly rough, but not bad. Got choked on a mouth full of water, had to stop, cough, hack, strangle, etc., panicked a little but regained composure. Wetsuit really helped. Went on and swam last part of 2nd loop and was fine.
Time for 1000 yds was about 25 min.
