Trainer at home. Today was a reminder of the importance of fueling. I ran out of perpetuem, so only used about one scoop (instead of the 5 scoops I needed), and drank that & water. I knew the run would feel bad and it did not disappoint. Not a really BAD training day, but a painful one.
