Notes
Drank 2 bottles of nuun, 1 bottle water. Ate rice crispy square at 45 min, 1:30, 2:15. Held back on first 20 miles and avg was about 19.6. Picked it up for the next 40 so the overall avg was a little better than 20 mph. Energy was good, but probably couldn't have taken another rice crispy square.
Need to try pretzels to mix it up a little and not gag on the sugary stuff on the run.
