Notes

Treadmill. Worked out first then ran. 9 min pace at first then went to 6:30 for about 3/4 mile, then down to 8:40 a while, up to 6:00 for about 1/4 mile, down to 8:40 or so. Felt good...didnt seem too tough, just boring.
