Computrainer - first time to ride.
About 30 min just riding and looking at output, learning what it does - ~ 15 mph avg I guess
Then 19 miles at 16 mph avg, showed 175 watts avg, then 31 miles at 18.6 mph avg - showed 200 watts avg over the 31 miles.
Speed doesn't reflect effort....based on effort, felt like an outside ride at close to 20 mph avg pace.
Ran race pace for hour afterwards.
