Notes
Planned a long run, knew it would be tough after yesterdays 5k & 10k. If running on tired legs is good training, today was a good workout. Parked at bank & ran out& backs. Miles 5, 10, and 15 splits are longer because I stopped at car for water & gel.
About half of the miles were into a 19-20 mph wind. This went from mildly annoying in the first miles to effin' ridiculous at the end...but the 7:50 on mile 18, I must admit...was wind-aided.
Legs feel surprisingly good. I guess the real test will be tomorrow morning when the alarm goes off.
A legal question came to me on today's run - is busting out a car's windshield an acceptable reaction to driving too close to the sidewalk?
