Did loop starting at GLC up UTSI rd, and back around.
73 when I started, 79 when I finished. I knew this would be tough and it was. Tired, tired legs. Expected a 10 min pace to be about all I could do, but did better. Set water out at 3.5, 6, 8, and my truck was at 10 with water.
Didn't eat breakfast, but had 2 cups of coffee. Gel at 6 miles, and about 12 miles.
Pretty good run considering yesterday's workout. Not acclimated to the heat yet, even though this will be really good weather in a couple of months.
