Downloaded Ironman Arizona course, did the first 9.5 miles and my computer auto shut off disconnected me. Decided to just start over and do the 56 mile loop.
Felt pretty good, but this was a good workout, not a really leisurely ride.
Avg Watts: 200, avg rpm: 69.
Had 3 scoops perpetuem, oatmeal cream pie, gel, and 32 oz + 20 oz water + 20 oz water in perpetuem mix.
Total calories: 675; total water: 72 oz. Needed water toward the end but didn't want to stop.
