I switched Wednesday and Thursday around - Wednesday got too busy.
1.5 mile warm up followed by 6 x 800 intervals
1 - 5:53
2 - 5:49
3 - 5:43
4 - 5:40
5 - 5:38
6 - 5:30
1.5 miles cool down. extra distance from the walking around between intervals.
All felt good.
