On the treadmill - I need to get to the gym 15 minutes earlier. Easier to keep pace on the treadmill. First mile in 12:45, 2nd in 12:00, 3rd in 12:15. Did the repeats at 10:00 min pace, last repeat at 9:15 pace (6.5 on the treadmill). Mile 4 in 11:00, Mile 5 in 12:00. Felt good, ran out of time.
