Started out well. Fresh legs after 2 days off. Bif the first 2 miles in about 27:00 total and started the intervals. First Interval at 2:40, 7th interval at 2:27. About 100 yds into the last interval my left hamstring tightened up, so I slowed down. After testing it for a few minutes, decided to cal it a night and walked home. Nothing major (I think), but it didn't feel right and I didn't want to do anything stupid. Time and distance includes walk breaks between intervals and the walk home. We'll see how I feel on Friday.
