Kept it slow to start, fastest miles at end, felt really good at finish.
Could feel 2nd left toe around mile 9-10 ?need longer shoes
Pre-run: 1/2 cup coffee, bagel w peanut butter and honey
During run: accel get w caffeine at 4.5miles; 20 oz water
Post run: 1 cup gatorade immed, rest of coffee
