Awesome run!!!!
Ran 1st 8 miles with Kei, at reasonably slow pace (initially 12+mm, down to 11:30ish mm). Got to mile 10.5, and my body just took over, decided to run faster. Ended up running the last 1.5miles at 10:23, 10:03, 9:57 per half miles! Very excited about this!
Pre-run fuel - zucchini chocolate chip bread, coffee
During - 12 ounces vega sports drink, approx 5oz water
