Was doing pretty well until around 11.5 miles, started limping, knew I should call it a day. Walked home.
Some tenderness the whole time, but manageable until then.
Ran 1 mi, then walked 1 min
Stopped and stretched around 10 mi
Feel terrible. Don't know what to do. Marathon in just over 3 weeks, thinking I may have to scale back to half, but not wanting to (yet). Think that is the advice I'd give someone else in my situation :-(
