4 miles by myself, 7 with Kei, then 4 by myself
Right plantar fascia and heel a little sore (for about 1 week, worse yesterday). Could feel it during the run, but did OK. Stopped at 15.44miles to stretch and walk up a hill, helped the foot. Feeling good on finishing.
1/2 You Bar and water pre-run (other half on finishing)
20oz gatorade and vanilla-orange roctane (yum, mile 9.5), and water. Drank about every mile, mostly switching between gatorade and water.
