Notes
Goal was 10 miles at 3/1 run/walk ratio, in preparation of the half in 2 weeks, and lack of preparation
Felt pretty good, although the last 2 miles were not great (also had a head wind at this time)
Had wanted to do a 10 miler the last 2 weekends, but weather was lousy, and I just can't handle 10 on the treadmill
