The first 10 miles were easy and then the second half I chose to do one at MP and two easy miles sets until completed 10 miles so, it looked like this: 1 @ 8:26 2 easy, 1 @ 8:23 2 easy, 1 @ 8:24 2 easy and last 1 @ 8:15 and cool down. I'm planning to add 4 recovery miler later on this afternoon depending on how I feel.
