A 6.54 minutes off my previous personal best . Note: I did start my garmin after I stepped on the mat perhaps about 1/4 of mile can't remember the exact distance. My time is not accurate. I'm goin base from the results page. Immediately crossing the finish line a recline over the photographer ladder and briefly collapse. Thru out the race it was very cold not windy but cold. This time around I run along the 3:45 pace group I ould have made a better hoie.
the side of my both glutes started go get a bit sore and my legs a bit tire and sore. 4 days passed now and I feel great. Feel like running again but, I will take it easy and follow the 5 week reovery week from Pfitz. And after that start base building at 50 up to 75 and do Daniels again.
