my stratagy for the day - floor it. it worked, i PRed. 1st half was fun as ard pulled up to me twice and i was able to pull away from her and feel good doing it. 2nd half was all hers. but i was able to keep the 1st 3m under 7 and for me that's huge. ya it was flat but who cares. anyway pretty excited.
