got to play with orca and it was quite a pissing contest that lasted about 1.5 miles as i felt quite good. then he swallowed me whole but i was so thrilled to have lasted that long, i care not. probably the best 5k swim i've had and definately the most enjoyable.
this is a meter pool and you can really tell it's longer in length. it's 4 laps shorter per mile making there be 25ish less flip turns per 100 laps.
