miles 1, 3 + 5 at 6, miles 2 + 4 .1th bumps 6-7.
running lately is feeling harder than usual but i guess that is why i need to limit it.
or because my pace is all over the place and i constantly change muscle groups to run out in the real world and that is something that is more work for me to do when the belt in moving at a constant. that could be why i feel tired after these short tm runs.
anyways, thank god i had company in there. i felt terrible leaving ally to herself. shoulda just stayed a little longer and walked a hill or something for grunt work.
