Pall4's.

for the all4's, it's 1min w,t,c,x3 ...then 1 w. that's pretty good. had me panting like a dog. t seems to be the most difficult cause my weight is all forced to shoulders. form is all fucked up 3rd set.

what purpose could doing this possibly serve pertaining to training? well so far it works the back of my neck for when i'm on bike...other than that, i think it will only benefit my awkwardly embarrassing to people activities. whatever keeps me sane.
