cashed in some daughter points to do the group run. glad i did, had fun. felt good so i went with it. i like running with these guys. they make me want to do better and be better, even if i can't hold a candle to them. also it's 9:30, good feelings gone. feel kinda sick - compliments to the effort made, so it's fine. WHAT IS THE ACTUAL DISTANCE FOR THIS COURSE??
