At 5ish I stopped to slap my right foot on the ground repeatedly to to get some blood flow to it. It felt ok after that but I had pretty good pf pain at home that biofreeze and a couple of pills took care of within an hour.
That's the price of a mile....yes, we are back to that. Ha.
