pushed by bob for 1st 2 miles then shuffled onto the milkroom intersection.

the run itself sucked hard...so i tried to just enjoy being out on such a nice day. i mean, i got 23 minutes alone with the icon...that alone is something.

thoughts spued; i am at here....i am not only getting the knee pain but my connecting muscles/tendons/ligaments-whatever are so weak from underuse and whatever damage was done that running is really going to suck till that changes. what's it been 6 weeks since it happened? and 3 weeks since i've done anything. and 7 miles was too long. i think starting with 3 on the tm a couple times a week till i can do it without keeling over may be a good thing to shoot for. hills are terrible and i can only think very bad but going up feels better than down.
