same as yesterday i guess...i looked at myself and my above-at and below the knee, looks like it is losing all it's muscle already in comparison to the right...it's gross...and looks disfigured. kind of makes me think i should do some kind of leg press thing with just the left cause i'm compensating with the right with all that i do all day. i guess i could just stand and try to squat with left side...oh fuck me, that hurt. rrrrrrrr!
