Pall4's.

the last time i did a plank...and it has been a year i think, i looked at my legs while i was doing it and said ewww. i really thought it was an unattractive sight. maybe cause i was still in the early stages of the cycle or whatever, i don't know. but i know i did not like what i saw. today i did the same thing and burst out laughing...cause my legs look 95 years old during the plank position. being able to hold it for 3 minutes was surprizing but to feel so different about that stuff right before my eyes was humorous...relieving even. i have learned so much this year. i really have...and i still am...everyday.

the plank was 2 x 3minutes and the all4's was 2 x 5min.

perhaps this will aid in getting some strength back in my legs so i can use stairs with confidience ;-)
