back in the day...i was like my bike in that i really excellerated down hills...unrunning down long steepage now is a challenge but i am doing it and as much as it hurts and i fear face planting cause my legs shake under what is now excessive force...it is everything. all these unruns lately have choked me up at some point during...like i was feeling everything all at once. guess everyone feels like that at some point in workouts but at this level?..now i guess i just feel that so much more with so much less. actually...if i am honest i ever felt everything all at once. it's either been feeling good or bad...it hasn't been everything. would be the difference of feeling what is real...and what is made up by the mind maybe.
