not sure but lately i seem to have been able to keep consistant pace on road...which is not me even on the flat. fuckin bores me to tears. mile five i had enough, stahted to feel like shit in the head so i picked it up for that mile only. it worked and the rest of the way home i felt bettah about where i was.
