Saw a rabbit kicking up his heals and running circles on the trail like a horse being turned out in green pastures. He was so into it that he didn't skip off the trail till I got too close for him.
what is it like to see such innocent sweetness? In the moment of sight, it is joy...after that, it is only thought thinking about the past making an interpretation, creating an emotion of what I saw. In that moment of seeing, joy is sensation because there is no thought. It is like the sensation of a cool breeze when it is hot. This is the truth. Thinking about what I am feeling is always an interpretation and it can never be the truth. Now I know why when someone asks me...how are you? It has no meaning. Because I have to think about it. And in thought there is no truth.
Perhaps my processing is in perfect running order and...well, there's a thought.
