Was playing to figure something out and before I thought about it...5 hours had gone by.
So running I could really get a sense of how low the sun is in the sky...and just how the day was absent of time. Intense focus takes me out of here, where thought is, and puts me in there, where oneness is. I don't get that with just being busy. A thought consumed autopilot. Time speeds up but there is no absence of it. I am not sure I can even know when the absence is happening because upon knowing, thought enters holding hands with it's good friend time.
A neat occurrence. Absence of thought can only be realised through the onset of thinking. Hey! There is a snake eating it's own tail.
