not sure how i am going to approach this year with limits and such. i am fairly confident these 100 mile or more flat spinner rides and long naps in the pool won't hurt me but i may in fact need those two to keep some sort of base leading to next year.

running is another matter entirely...i will probably repeat the monthly daily limit to the next month bump up as i did last year starting again in november till IM. after that, i'll need to really look at what and how to approach the other thing as far as running goes and i guess it will depend on how the year plays out but the short time to ramp up between the two concerns me.

just spinning wheels here but this seems like the smart way for me to go.
