a see how it goes slog w/cremah. it was the best i've felt in ovah a week so i'm happy that things ah goin in the right direction. still very weak. stopped at 3 to see if i could eat a luna bah...got a little dizzy. stopped at the watah stop (fuck i forgot to pick up all that shit!) got very dizzy...and tingly. had to take a minute till that settled down then headed back. last 2 miles the shit caught up to me...weak, dizzy, my foot hurt and tingly ahms. pace slowed but i didn't have to stop at least. arrivin at the y i immediately had to sit down and catch my breath. woohoo! game on.
time went by pretty good too...spent a lot of time tryin to figure out predictive outcomes of a dahk horse. i think i've got something.
