lawrunnah lead us all (the group)up oak and down D.Ridge and i found out i am not recovered. goin up was slow but goin down was quite painful. then down at the flat i was ok again but was dyin of thirst.
my l.calf is cramped up now or sump'n and i think my feet are going to explode. i think i'm very dehydrated.
