WTF happened there. the first steps here were real zingers. after that it dulled. by the time i got to rick's, no issue. wrapped ankles real tight. felt really good - great in fact. at the half way point, turns out i was at a 7:48 pace. i was in happy land and then...i swear, someone kicked me in the gut. took my breath away. then it dulled to what i can only explain to be gi cramping. i guess things aren't quite worked out yet. so that ruined everything and i couldn't run around it and it wouldn't stop. i can't believe i made it home without throwing up or worse. last half of this was a 9:17 if that says anything.
probably should have logged this as 2 separate workouts but it's my log and i can do whatever the fuck i want.
ya know what really pisses me off? i'm fine now........BITCH!
