left rio home so i wouldn't push it and after the first mile of "i'm a dumb ass", i was able to fall back into purple....actually it was still a little fast so i guess i'm a dumb ass all the way through.
rolled my right ankle on some acorn i think cause i was smiling at the girl at the start of the "trail" section. wonder if she noticed. anyway, it's just somethin else to run around. feels like a tweak on the inside. oh well, fuck it, who cares.
dumb ass or not i had fun and had some laughs....that outweighs anything in my book. great to see lots of people. tomorrow should be fun....michelle said it may snow where we're goin!!! awesome! break out the snowshoes! oh yes, that will help the healing process...not. hey cremah....6:10 1st mile? sweet!
