had to stop at hannie's to refill bottle...it happened to be at mile 10+.

so yes...thinking about drinking to quench thirst and actually drinking to quench thirst generate the opposite sensation of thirst. the trick here is to not think about the thirst at all ( just know the thirst is there) and not think of all the many steps i had to make seeing it as overwelming and frustrating to get to the bubbler...and just make each necessary step as it comes without thought just the motion.

applying this to everyday is a process. BUT...all my workouts have taught me that success requires no thought...just action in that very moment...not the thought of the end result.

i have made this true in my experience...at this time. and at this time is all i have.
