I find running with high stepping doesn't make a shits difference in the belt speed I played with here. The effort level shoots way up. Do you ever high step on the treadmill? Start prancing like a dressage horse? Or do you just numb it out, run the same gait and speed up the belt? Oh nelly, ooooooh golly.
