w/fro, robbie, flash, ryan, cremah and andy. wow big turnout and loads of short surges. i think they pushed me below 6:40 for about 2 seconds. and ryan ran in toes! jesus christ!
real fun and any 7+ mile <9 trail run for me is almost unheard of...ya i'm waiting 4 my thing all right.
