Notes
When I run this trail I usually stop a moment at the pond to just sit quietly...I may have mentioned that. I often receive something in this 5 or so minutes where I am one with everything. Today a red squirrel made his way along the rocks where I was sitting just a few feet away. He then sat there looking at me with the warmest eyes with nothing other than pure connectedness. All I felt was...love of what I don't know what. He stayed with me for a couple minutes all relaxed, just sitting content, then made his way away on the rocks, crossing the trail and then into the woods.
I don't know...and perhaps I'm not supposed to but I will keep it with me.
