fueling comes second only to seeing. bottle of gatoraid and gu at 6.2 and at 12.2, bubbler at 16, bottle of water at 18.5. clearly i need to keep up with intake every 5-6 miles or i simply don't have the energy and strength to run around all my shit. i know this already but i could really feel a difference here. i must be on no reserve cause it took over 3 miles to feel the first fueling where it usually takes only minutes.
running like the front end of a horse on the left lead. all those days running around with a stick between my legs as a kid really payed off. i think my sticks name was mildew.
