One of those runs where I am grateful to be able and capable of feeling tropical air in Maine and once more...really take in how it effects the whole running systems, just as it does on a crisp breezy day. I see neither as good or bad. Both are what they are...a time to really have a look at what is going on...learn a little something, build on knowledge of me (the it) and become master of all by being that. Where distance and pace (the spoilers of truth) can't and don't exist. Not for me...not any more.
