Notes
purpose here was to start later, go as slow as i comfortablly could and prevent me from having time to go too long. it worked. i had no desire to stop. but had to. cause i haven't showered in 2 days. and i have an appt that have have to go to. cool but the sun felt great when i was in it.
oh and remembered my rock at the ant tree. had to dig through the freshly fallen leaves a bit for it.
