painful run with group. couldn't run the groups pace on the way out and it pretty much took me to stop, stretch out a bit and restart for it to feel a bit better but not a hell of a lot. mile 6 was the only mile just below 8 min. not that i give a rats fuck. hopefully tomorrow will go better but i guess it really doesn't need to now does it.
well hell michelle. oh yes, she went out and bought a shop-vac, turned that 6 gallon fuckah on and sucked me into timberman.....at least it's in august.
i have to say, i appreciate gaud's efforts for this run and nominate him for group run master.
