with the sherm's and cremah's. was escorted by c w/d in tow on a float thanks to the use of sherm's kayak so i was free to swim at a nice easy pace. did one out and back...got out and "ran" a circle around the beach and then did the 2nd out and back to simulate "that". it was fine but it was choppy as hell.
got some discouragement for running cause apparently i'm walking like a cowboy.
