ankle popped and gave out at mile .68. dropped me right to the ground and swelled up egg sized immediately. made my way back down the "mountain" and finished the 3 miles on road. damage is probably the same as what i did 5 months ago. same ankle too.
gotta laugh man. it's november so if this didn't happen...something else woulda...right? that's how i roll.
